This work “Open and Close” was a big floor in the bustling area, where an office used to be; it became an artwork itself. Each block of window shades which had been fit in the windows at the empty space was organized by the computer program and repeating opening and closing automatically, but in different cycles. This actual work was planned to be a kinetic art as well as image as if seen through the monitor; the view through the window shades at the empty room reflects the images seen on the monitor.
